This is why I don’t care for dA anymore. There’s always some smart-pants trying to tell you how to draw.
I follow Robaato (https://www.deviantart.com/robaato) on Twitter and IG. I even had an opportunity to briefly meet the guy at C2E2 and buy some art swag from him. As an artist with UdonCrew (https://www.deviantart.com/udoncrew), I look up to him and those guys that came thru that crew, especially in learning from the tutorials and processes those guys are great enough to share.
So when I saw he tweeted the statement above this morning, he pretty much summed up why I have been really non-existent here lately. I will post when I can, but don't expect much. If you really want to catch my new artwork

Updates
I've been ghost on dA like every other artist apparently, LoL. Web development work and actual art commissions are to blame for that.
Plus, I've started a Pokémon Tumblr for the manga. I'm serious about that.
So serious in fact that I've forgone all other ideas for the moment. So no Sonic, maybe some random caricatures/portraits, and no random Street Fighter fan art for almost the full year (or until I feel like it randomly one day). I've gone full into this idea and getting lots of support from friends and family. I'll update with the link to the Tumblr once I code it and domain it proper.
